Drug-drug interaction
You are a clinical pharmacist, and through your round in the ward, you have recorded 350 cases of drug-drug interaction (divided as 200 an elderly patient and 150 children’s case) write the scenario by using the followings:
1- Use the generic names of drugs (don’t use trade names)
2- How the condition or the case was managed? And writ the name of medicine should be stop or reducing dose.
3- What are the effects or implications caused by this interaction?
4- Write your comments and any suggestions as a clinical pharmacist.
I will upload 50 cases I do it before so please don’t do the same cases to avoid similarity or duplication. I need different 150 cases (Adult- not children).
