Research Lesson Readings as well as external resources from the Cline Library http://library.nau.edu/ and/or the Internet, books, journals, etc. about strategic CRM. Locate and read a minimum of two articles that focus on strategic CRM. These articles should have been published within the last three years, as technology has improved significantly over that period.
Write an introductory paragraph that defines “strategic CRM”.
Step 2: Write a 2-3-page essay
Based on the topic readings and the research you have conducted:
Highlight and describe the CRM strategy articles you have researched
Explain why CRM strategies are iterative processes
