Select an equity area of your choice. Compile an annotated bibliography of the most recent research articles on this equity area and on the use of persona dolls.
1. Read 6 scholarly articles: You are required to source and discuss two (2) research articles on the use of Persona Dolls to address diversity and bias in early years’ classrooms, and four (4) research articles exploring your equity area.
2. Annotate each source in 150 words.
Each annotation should include the bibliographic details as a heading, a summary of the source to identify the key points as they relate to the use of persona dolls which relate to the identified area of equity. Consider how the articles relate to your current/ future profession. What the strengths and weaknesses of the source?
3. Write a 100-word conclusion outlining how the information/knowledge in your chosen sources will be helpful in the use of Persona Dolls to address a specific area of equity in early childhood.
4. Proofread your annotations and conclusion and make sure you have 1000 words in total.
