If there is any task that best captures what it means to be human, the act of creative writing might be it. Such writers taken inspiration from real events, people, and places, but weave entirely new things out of them.
What does it mean to be a creative writer? What is the difference between creative writing and other modes of writing? How would you define creative reading, and why must writers be creative readers as well?
