1. In Chapter 12 we learn about ALL different types of media and how it has changed over the years. Paid, owned and earned media has been discussed. Give an example of earned media during the pandemic. How was this received (positively or negatively) and by what vehicle (publicity, word of mouth, social media, interest sharing)?
