Cognitive Dissonance.

1. Cognitive Dissonance refers to an uncomfortable feeling that occurs when a consumer has lingering doubts about a decision that has occurred. Said plainly, it is buyer’s remorse. In your own words, provide two to three paragraphs on what cognitive dissonance is and why it occurs.
2. Provide an example of a time you or someone you know experience cognitive dissonance after a purchasing decision. Why did this feeling occur?
3. For the example above, offer two to three examples of what the company you purchased this product from could have done to help reduce or eliminate the cognitive dissonance you felt.
