You recently have been hired by South Balance as their new Senior Systems Administrator, and your role in the company is to generate an assessment report of the best practices to implement their new Windows Server 2016 environment, providing a new security initiative, that an organization can utilize that will support their business in the most effective and cost-efficient way. South Balance has been in business for couple years now and are expecting to expand so in order to protect themselves from external and internal threats they are investing in incorporating a Microsoft Windows security environment. They specially hired you as their resident expert to implement this new initiative, they already have a windows environment but are looking for your help to generate a report on what are the best practices in windows security, and the different security strategies that Microsoft windows deploys for organizations.
Your report is a key strategy for the organization therefore the CEO and CIO of the company has named 11 key areas in which they want you to focus on . In your assessment report the CEO and CIO they want as much detail as possible in the following areas:

- Implement malware protection
- Create security baselines
- Describe the best practice for hardening a windows operating system image
- Create an effective mitigation and recovery strategy for a Windows network security incident based on best practice Implement a Guarded Fabric solution.
- Configure Windows Firewall
- Configuring IPsec Policies and IPsec transport and tunnel modes
- Implementing PAWS, LAPS, and User Rights Assignments
- Discuss ATA and OMS
- Implement a secure file services infrastructure and Dynamic Access Control (DAC)
Prepare the assessment in a systematic way in which it flows as much as possible so that the CEO and the organization will have a good understanding of each concept. The organization will accept any format possible which include word document and or power point, any format will be acceptable as long as you are able to deliver a finish product.
