In paragraph #2 of the essay, you should have listed three reasons to support your thesis about either sharing or competition. Now argue for your first two reasons.
Write a paragraph that explains your first reason. Write a paragraph for the second reason. Start each paragraph with a topic sentence.
For example:
Competition motivates people to be their best.
