You have discussed in great detail how important it is for criminal justice agencies to be actively involved with the communities they serve. Regardless of race, culture, or sexual orientation, a trusting relationship needs to be established in order for officers to succeed in their roles.
Discuss four (4) benefits that Community Based Policing has in building tolerance and cultural understanding between criminal justice agencies and communities.
