Using the “client” with whom you will be doing your assessment assignment, provide a 3-4 page interpretation to include:
Client basic demographics
Client presenting problem (begin with what current issues are going on and then talk about onset and the course of the problems)
Client history – family, social, educational. legal, psychiatric/psychological, spiritual/religious, other (as you see needed) – be sure to label If you think that you need additional assessment instruments, what would you use? Give a rationale why.
Make sure your paper is written in APA format. Make sure to use scholarly sources and to cite them as necessary. You should use a minimum of 3 scholarly sources.
