Academic reflective essay brief
Write an academic reflective essay (1,200 words) on a real challenge situation you faced during your placement during Level 5 (work, research, consultancy, study abroad, or entrepreneurship module).
In an unlikely case where you cannot think of an appropriate situation during Level 5, you could use a situation at the organisation you work for, the neighbourhood you live in, or extra-curricular activities or clubs you participate in.
The situation you choose to analyse needs to involve the execution of your leadership capabilities. Critically analyse your own leadership capabilities in the challenge situation by applying leadership theories.
