It can be a single experience or moment, it can be a relationship, it can be something you learned or observed growing up. Something you did or something that happened to you but it must in some way have shaped your experience/views/beliefs about your own sexuality or gender.
Feel free to use a wide range of platforms for your autobiographical description: a brief essay or first person account, a poem, a dialogue or brief skit, etc.
The most important thing is that it conveys something important about who you are as a sexual being. What do you want us to know about you, about what you bring to this topic about who you are in the room. Make it interesting!
