2. Diagnosis: What do you see going on diagnostically? Is there any further assessment you feel is needed before making a diagnosis? If so, what (be specific and include psychometrics if using an assessment tool).
3. Treatment Direction: From your perspective, what direction would you take in treatment? Include at least one reference to support your direction.
4. Resistance: This client is pretty stuck and is struggling to move forward. From your perspective, what lies at the core of his resistance and how would you work with that?
