PART 1:

Look at the TED Talk presentation and analysis doc and understand the media codes and conventions in the chart to apply to this thesis and convince your audience.

PART 2:

You will imagine that you’ve been asked to speak in a TED Talk series titled, “Why You Should Read This Book.” YOU WILL USE THE FEMINIST CRITICISM to help determine the author’s central message or purpose in writing the text. This message will become the basis of their thesis statement, in which they answer the question: How does this text help us to better understand some aspect of the human experience? (I.e.
