Guidance: Your work should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of judicial review, including the procedural aspects of bringing a claim, the heads of review and remedies. Your answer should address all elements of the question, drawing on appropriate case law and legislative authority, as well as academic commentary where appropriate. When formulating your answer, ensure that you provide an effective and coherent structure, and that your submission effectively engages with and answers the question.
