Is the concept of informed consent, relative to the nurse, evident in UK case law; A structured literature review of legal/medical legal literature and court decisions.
5000 words. Programme of study is nursing, but as the majority of the literature to be reviewed is legal, I chose the law button. This will need a writer with access to UK legal databases/case law such as lexis/nexis. The code regulating nurses in the UK is the NMC code. The most recent major case on informed consent in the UK is Montgomery v Lanarkshire Health Board which is a Scottish case. I am based in Scotland. Harvard style referencing to be used.
