Answer to these two questions separately as two different essays of 1000 words each: ‘ Examine the tension between human rights and state sovereignty ‘ & ‘ Examine how effectively international courts are in upholding global standards of justice ‘. Be very analytic, not too descriptive. Give a lot of examples of events and well examples in general, write about different perspectives on it and mention different key thinkers and their views. Don’t add any quotations, and DO NOT quote people (e.g (Bal et al 7)).
