a. List the points or principles of law or administrative policy that arise in or because of the facts in this matter.
b. Identify the key issues as they pertain to libel or privacy law. Draw from the text source material for support. State these key issues as questions that can be answered with a direct yes or no.
4. STATEMENT OF DECISION/RESULTS:
a. Answer each question above with “yes” or “no” (and what was the vote, if available). Be aware that if there is more than one decision, you should have one for each issue raised.
5. STATEMENT OF RATIONALE/REASONS: You should briefly state a reason the court or agency gave for its answer to each point raised as an issue in the action (3 a and b).
6. STATEMENT OF CONCLUSION: Conclude with a one- two two-page discussion of the following:
a. Discuss the implications of the court’s decision on media and communication. Use reference material from the reading.
b. Reflect on how the majority opinion or ruling of this case has served citizens in a positive or a negative way. Support your conclusion with references to our source text.
