Discuss the participant’s family health history and develop a complete three-generation genogram.
Use either the guide in Jarvis Physical Examination & Health Assessment under The Complete Health History or My Family Health Portrait (www.hhs.gov/familyhistory/ ) to construct the genogram.
Be mindful of HIPAA: Do not include dates of birth, names, or other identifying information.
A classmate will analyze your genogram.
