Analyze the City of Taylorsville and the community. Look at what the needs might be. Here are some of the functions Taylorsville currently has:

Rec Center, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Softball fields, Soccer fields, Children’s playground, Disc Golf, etc. at Valley Regional Park

Determine which functions you will provide for in and around your building. If you plan on outdoor spaces, please include those functions as well. Describe them in detail as much as possible. For instance, if you are having an indoor seating area, determine for how many at round dining tables, such as 75 or whatever.
