#4) Look in the file I’ve posted, there are ballpark costs to run IT in a company owned datacenter with employees supporting it. Research Cloud based services (e.g. Amazon, Microsoft Azure, etc). How do they compare? Think about the which technologies we can use. How does Cloud services factory. What are the costs compared to in-house solutions, in terms of overall Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)? Support, costs of owning and maintaining hardware, versus outsourcing to Cloud? The costs associated with the different management aspects.
