Think of a problem TESLA might be facing in any sector of its operations.
Present the problem clearly. Explain why it is a problem.
Develop an Ishikawa diagram by doing a root cause analysis to identify the root of the problem. The Ishikawa needs to have at least 4 bones (main causes) with at least one of them to be developed in the fifth level as explained in the class.
Based on the root cause analysis, select at least 3 problem-solving techniques presented in the class to come up with your solution. Justify which part of the problem is solved with each technique, why and how (if one or your technique is the brainstorming then you need to create a mind map diagram to support it).
Create an influence diagram demonstrating the integration of the techniques into the logic of your solution (how they are related towards delivering the solution).
Present your problem-solving thinking process with a flowchart. The diagram must have at least four decisions and the related number of processes (15-20) from the start to the end of the process. (use proper flowchart notation as explained in the class)
From the philosophers studied in the class (form the slides) relate two of their principles of big ides to the solution you provided and explain this link (examples have been given in the class)
Write your conclusions and observations from this solving process experience.
The report must be referenced (Harvard style only) at least in the problem formulation, the applied philosophy and the techniques used to solve it.
The report must be well formatted as explained in the class.
