State the name of the author(s) (this would be you and your partner)
Country and Urban Problem(s)
Create a title / tag line for the leading article
Write a newspaper article summarizing your country and the urban problem(s) it currently faces
Minimum of ten (10) sentences
Questions to ponder when writing summary (do NOT just answer these questions in the summary):
What were the cause(s) of the urban problem(s)
Explain how the problem has negatively changed the people and its country.
Explain how the problem has negatively affected the rest of the world.
Solutions
Research and provide two solutions to the urban problem(s) within your country
Write two “mini” newspaper articles describing the solutions and the impact on society
Minimum of six (6) sentences
Editorial
Choose one urban problem
Choose one of the “editorial options” listed below
Write an editorial about the urban problem
Minimum of five (5) sentences
Pictures – minimum of three that coincide with the country and urban problem(s)
Works Cited Page (must be on a separate page/ NOT on the same side as the newspaper articles)
Proper grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure
