Draw from the film, “Latino Americans: Prejudice and Pride” and describe what you learned about three Chicana/o Civil Rights activists. Name them and tell us what they are known for and why you chose to write about these specific people. (Note, Henry B. Gonzalez is not a correct answer and you will know why if you pay attention to the film and understand “Chicano” as a political identity)
Draw from the film, “La Chicana,” and explain one specific and relevant thing you learned about the long history of powerful women and/or gender-bending queer ancestors noted in the film that you believe everyone should know.
