They would have strategies as you have stated but how would they provide evidence of these activities. EG policies/procedures, agendas, training docs/attendance and evaluations
b) Auditors need to see evidence of strategies being implemented and also evidence of the outcomes, so think about all the documents would be involved in training or meetings, what types of documents are used to review services.
