● What ideas, theories and concepts covered in the course are relevant to your understanding of the case study?
● If you were in the situation depicted in the case study video, what would you do? What needs to change and why?
● What personal strengths or challenges would you bring into a HSO, if you were in the situation depicted in the case study?
