This represents the most important part of your project. Within the context of what you are learning in this course and through the research you have conducted, your group is to assess how well the company is responding to their issue and, as consultants, provide your own recommendations.
This should include:
If the company has made strategic responses and taken action in response to their issue,
describe these responses/actions.
Provide your groups’ assessment of how well the company’s responses/actions working.
o What is your assessment of what the company has or is doing? o Do you agree with the decisions the company made?
Importantly, what does your group of consultants’ recommend that the company should do to improve the situation beyond what they are currently doing? Be detailed in your recommendations.
