Where has small business owners been able to go for help over the years and when has it been most useful for them?
Starting in the late 1800’s, large corporations have had lobbyist who were able to go to the government to stop small business owners from getting government funding. This caused many small businesses to go out of business. The Small Business Administration is very underfunded making it quite difficult for small business owners to get the adequate help they need in order to stay afloat.
The SBA is under underfunded because most of the money from the government goes to protect the large companies. Fit the historical aspect into the proposal.
