Enzyme Kinetic Experiment
First, what is the table 1 on page 7 for? and why did you not fill it all and left it blank? Same thing with the table 2 under it on page 8
Second, the graphs are missing for each pH. Look at the “data for EZ lab” file, below where it shows “Do the following for both data sets”, it shows you what graphs are needed for each pH
However, in the lab report, I only saw 2 graphs, why?
Third, you did not include the table showing determination of Vmax, Km, Kcat, and Ez efficiency for both pH8 and pH7 in Lab Report 2 Guidelines
There is none calculation of Vmax, Km, Kcat, and Ez as well when they suppose to do it
The reference looks bad, too. What kind of reference is that? Combine all of them into paragraph?
