Upon successful completion of this level 6 module and assessment you will be able to demonstrate achievement of the following learning outcomes:
Critically reflect on the role of the Nurse in the management of the adult with complex care needs.
Critically examine and consolidate a coherent body of knowledge relating to contemporary nursing health policy and management of risk to manage the complex care needs of the adult and their family and/or caregivers.
Justify the communication and decision-making skills in the management of complex situations in collaboration with multi agency professionals to co-ordinate care between services.
Critically appraise the evidence base from a range of sources relating to the complex therapeutic interventions that can be used to improve the management of the adult with complex care needs
