Using their actual political goals and stories, write a 400-600 word speech declaring why you should be named as the new Emperor of Rome.
Consider these things: how do politicians address scandals, political platforms, wants and desires in their speeches. What should be said to convince the people of this empire that you would be perfect for them? You may want to review some speeches to get a few ideas of what people say to guarantee the masses this is a good idea, if you can find some from that time.
