Sections to read: Pages 51 – 100), your other readings, and any additional resources that would help you, write an executive briefing paper spelling out what decisions need to be made, who should be involved in the decision-making, and what specific tools you think should be used to make a sound choice. Please remember that ultimately, these decisions will drastically affect the lives of hundreds of people and your own job security as well.
Your brief should be 4-8 pages long double-spaced. It should have endnotes (NOT included in the ten-page limit) to identify where you acquired the decision-making information that you are providing to the CEO.
