Question 1:
In today’s discussion, we will focus on the model of the research process Figure D-1 on Page D-2 on the handout attached “Learning Module D Research Methods in Organizational Behavior (OB)” and the Organizational Behavior (OB) concept process in our textbook. Reading the case problem-solving application on page 33-34.
a) Do you think using the Organizational Behavior (OB) concept versus the research process model would result in the same outcome and why?
b) Can you identify what is/are IV and DV on page 34?
Question 2:
Which research method would you choose as a manager if tasked with commissioning a report on employee satisfaction regarding these policies, and more specifically, documenting the things that employees would like to see change?
