While a theory is generally speculation, it can be thought of as a model of reality. You will provide a brief written report to the management team of company XYZ. Be sure to include the following items:

*Explain the importance of management theory.
*Select and discuss in detail a theory that interest you.
*Finally, share with the management team members the type of research that you would like to conduct, to determine what their problems are and the possible causes.
