Goal: To discuss one individual who you know personally that possesses outstanding personal leadership skills.
Assignment: After selecting an individual, research as much as you can about him or her (family history, schooling, work experience, leadership philosophy, and obstacles encountered. Your leader might be a former teacher, a pastor, a boss, or a colleague. Make your consideration carefully, then: Compose a four page (minimum) leadership biography that includes the following headings:
1. Discuss why you selected this particular individual.
2. Discuss the personal background and leadership philosophy of the individual.
3. Discuss the obstacles your individual encountered.
4. Discuss how you can apply a leadership technique of theirs in your profession or personal life.
5. Discuss what you have learned and how you can apply this new knowledge to your own life.
