1. Identify the key points and main argument of the article and
2. Describe the skills you will need to develop to manage the hospital of the future. Although this article was written in 2009 it very much describes the impact of technology on almost every aspect of the delivery of health care services. In fact many of the points Michelle Andrews describes in the article are already taking place in hospitals.
