How dual-citizenship for the Haitian-Diaspora can contribute to the socio-economic development of Haiti.
Haiti is a poor country, but has huge diaspora around the world. That diaspora is economically stable and is becoming more and more educated. However, they cannot contribute as they should be the socio-economic development of their country because dual-citizenship is not fully recognized. Hence, here is the assignment.
First, find three countries whose diaspora have played an important in their socio-economic development. Claims must be backed up with data. Second, point the role also that dual-citizenship has played in the process.
