A critical exploration of the organisational challenges associated with the decarbonisation of the Welsh emergency services vehicle fleet.
Analyze the two emergency services to fully capture the requirements of each element of their respective roles, their service delivery requirements and the specialist nature of the vehicle fleet they employ.
This will supplement previous research conducted that has assessed and evaluated other private and public sector organisations who themselves have made full or partial transition to a carbon neutral fleet. This will allow me to appreciate the viability of the current fleet available, the financial implications, benefits and drawback of a transition to a carbon neutral fleet.
