1. Architect your career path for the next ten years. Identify the necessary skills and competencies that you will need to realize your professional goals. Explain why, in your opinion, these assets are the key building blocks of your career.
2. Define the steps that you will take to develop these skills and competencies.
3. Assess the probability of your success considering the legal, social, economic, and individual constraints (internal politics) that you may encounter during this process.
Develop your answers using the cause-effect methodology. Use the tools of Systems Thinking such as flow-charts, decision trees and tables to clearly illustrate the path leading to your conclusions.
