• Compose a statement of the significant operational, technical, and financial program risks including the plan to mitigate each.
• Justify the informatics program strategy developed by using at least six scholarly works that demonstrate evidence supporting the development of this strategy.

Strategic imperatives for this IDN include: 15% operational cost reductions that are sustainable across business units and improved population health initiatives involving co-morbid populations of health plan members including persons with congestive heart failure (CHF) and diabetes and related co-morbidities.
