- Choose one of the movies from the list below. Select one character from the movie to use for your analysis.

- Choose a unique theoretical perspective for analyzing the character.

Organize the movie review into three main areas:
- Theoretical Perspective
- Analyze the characters life using your chosen theoretical perspective.
- What would the theorist or theory have to say about the behaviours and potential motivations of the character? Clearly explain elements of the theory in discussing the life of the character.
- Positive and Negative Influences
- Using your understanding of how both nature (the environment) and nurture (genetics) influence development, provide observations of positive and negative influences on this character that you see throughout the movie. Be specific about the influence. What or who is it? How does it impact the character?
- Interventions and Positive Supports
- Given some of the observations made in part B, are there psychological or behavioural interventions that would assist this character now or in the future?
- What are some of the existing supports and competencies that this person is already using?
- Does the character have an even greater capacity for change? Give specific examples from supports in Calgary or in the province that the individual could make use of. Based on your research of that program, agency or service what would be helpful about it for your character? Be specific.
