Select a content area and grade level.
Create a learning goal related to this content area and grade level.
Research a state standard from your state content area standards in your chosen content area and grade level to support the learning goal.
Write one developmentally appropriate learning objective for each level of Bloom’s taxonomy or Webb’s depth of knowledge as related to the learning goal.
Follow the ABDC format described in Writing Observable and Measurable Instructional Goals and Objectives when writing your objectives.
Write a summary statement explaining how your lesson plan objectives relate to instruction and how the lesson plan meets the state standards. Reflect on how the objectives reinforce key behaviors and dispositions of an effective teacher. Discuss the role technology might play in executing your objectives.
