Description
1. Identify a critical incident in your leadership practice at work which has challenged your assumptions or established working practice in some way. Such an incident often involves a workplace conflict, resistance to change, a problem that had to be overcome. Explain the incident, analyse reactions (yours and those of others), with reference to appropriate models and/or theories analyse the options open to you. Explain your decision and its implementation and critically reflect on the process;
2. Explain your key assumptions about leadership and how these influence your working practice. Analyse whether these practices serve you well. Use appropriate models and theories to identify other options and analyse whether or how you could use other approaches to improve practice. Critically reflect on your practice.
3. Write about a person who has had a profound impact on your learning and development. What did you learn from this person, how did you learn and how did you apply the learning and why it was important to you. Use models and/or theory to contextualise your account and inform your analysis. Critically reflect on your learning.
