Identify and give the significance. You should identify who or what, when, and where. “When” should be identified as a specific time but if that is not possible then a time period should be given. “Where” should be identified as a specific place but if that is not possible then a region or larger area should be given.
For the significance of the term consider the context. How does it fit into the bigger history? It could be a cause or consequence of an event such as a war. A person is not significant just because of the position they held but what they did.
