Week 3 reflection:
Your reflective Task is to response to one of the above papers. Write about 150-200 words.
a) Blommaert & Rampton 2012 (see attached to Week 3 webpage), or
b) the most recent paper, Rampton, Blommaert, Arnaut & Spotti 2015 – Introduction to Superdiversity and Sociolinguistics; or
c) Meissner & Vertovec, 2015 Explaining super-diversity; or
d) Kraus, 2011/2012 on Complex Diversity (same paper depends which version you access)
Part 2:
Reflective Task for Key Reading 4:
Now that you have read at least 4 Key Readings (and / or 3 Key Readings and or viewed one of the DVD’s listed as alternatives to Key Reading 4) please write your final Reflective piece of the Portfolio.
This should include:
1. A concise summary of three key ideas that you can identify from Key Reading 4 (or one of the DVDs)
2. How these ideas align with or deviate from what you understand of your key Readings 1-3.
Write about 200 words.
