TASK 1 – Critically evaluative three development vehicles available to an organisation appropriate to the development needs of the individual.
TASK 2 – Using organisational examples critically assess the potential benefits to the organisation and to the individual of using these development vehicles in the workplace.
TASK 3 – Develop a plan using three examples to meet the identified development needs and expectations of an individual.
You should relate your answers to an organisation that you work in. If you are not currently working within an organisation, then you may complete this task in relation to an organisation with which you are familiar. This could include experience working in a voluntary capacity.
