1. 4 years of girl with cleft palate was schedule for the reconstructive of the cleft palate.. To repair a cleft palate, the plastic surgeon uses tissue from either side of the mouth to fill in the gap. A second operation may be required.

2. Baby A, A 10-month-old girl was admitted to the hospital for cardiac catheterization.
