For instance, hiring the health care workers as floor required and arranging the employees according to the patients admits on the units as well as organizing to provide better service to the patients and get recover soon. In other health care managers should schedule some extra employees in case some staff call off or sometime overflow of patients to back off and provide excellent service as well as meet the goals of the day of the department.
