Now that you and your team have identified eight to ten issues facing Safelite based upon your review of the case study, it is time to refine your list and complete the numbered tasks below (attached paper):
1) Create a 1-2 page Appendix called Critical Issues outlining the critical problems you identified
A) Apply critical-thinking skills to fully analyze cause and effect for each item.
B) Provide a description and the cause of their disruption.
2) Review the Recommendations(1-2 pages) page add to the recommendations based on the following and make sure you have answered the following:
A) Consider strong supporting evidence, pros, and cons. Is this solution realistic?
B) Present solutions with detailed justification, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis as justification.
C) What management actions need to take place? How will you go about getting buy-in to implement these actions? How would these actions affect a budget in general?
D) Explain any budget implication that are a direct result of your recommendations.
3) Draft a memo to the CEO (1 page) with your recommendations. Be sure to include justification, as every CEO must know what, why, when, how, and where.
Be sure to include any justifications for your recommendations as every CEO must know the cost/benefit (ROI) for any actions. Also include timing and any potential risks, rewards, and unintended consequences.
