Select a case: In addressing the questions below, either identify an example of a well known multi-project case study.
Then choose TWO topic areas from the list below and, for each topic area, answer the following in the format 1 (a), (b) and (c); 2 (a), (b) and (c):
(a) Compare and contrast the similarities and differences with the chosen topic area (e.g. leadership) for projects, programmes and portfolios (38.5%).
(b) Considering the key multi-project factors from part (a) above and focusing on the chosen topic area, critically evaluate how effectively the overall portfolio and the associated projects for the selected case were managed (38.5%).
(c) Propose recommendations for improvement for multi-project success in your selected case based on the chosen topic area in relation to best practice from appropriate literature sources identified in part (a) above (20%).

1) The assignment should include 15-20 academic references such as books, journals, literature articles and etc.
2) The assignment should include at least 4 diagrams
3) Please choose and apply the appropriate models and theories in the assignment (Description and Citation of theories is needed). The module notes which are uploaded are very useful and helpful for this assignment.
4) Recommended Length is 1,500 words per answer.
5) Clearly show the two topics that have been chosen in the assignment.
6) Each topic area should start a new page within the assignment with
the format as suggested, i.e. Topic 1 (a), (b) and (c); Topic 2 (a), (b) and (c).
7) Each topic area should have a brief introduction section to context the answer and a brief conclusion section to summarise the main discussion points and findings.
8) One overall references list should be provided at the end of the assignment.
